Send Large Files From Your Gmail (Upto 10GB)

BIG, really BIG news for Gmail users! Now you can send a massive 10 GB file with your as attachment with your email.

Sending large multimedia files were a great hassle as Gmail users have to use DropsendDropBox or YouSendIt to perform their task.

Recently, Google had announced that it will be integrating Google Drive in to Gmail, so that users can send large files up to 10GB as attachments. A new button appears in the Gmail compose window to attach files from the Google Drive account. You have to switch to new GMail Interface to use this feature.

Once you attach a file, Google will check – Whether your recipient is permitted to view the file in your Google Drive account. It will prompt you to grant the permission if the recipient is not permitted to view the file, then send the message to the recipient.

This is a great move from Google. Try it now…
